Our analysing services include:
Microscope analysis is a imaging method capable of analyzing particles, textures, surface features and structures, PRF has advanced optical microscope and Scanning Electron Microscopy which can analyse particels that are too small to be seen with optical microscope.
Our Microscope Services include:
In recent years, optical microscope have typically used non-contact visual measuring CMMs, microspectroscopes, interferometers, or microscope-equipped lasers, so it is becoming quite common now for such equipment to feature new functions in addition to conventional microscope functions. In addition, the wavelength regions being observed now go beyond the visible region to include infrared and ultraviolet wavelengths. One of the main use restrictions for these devices is derived from the short working distance of objective lens microscopes.
Our Hi Resolution Optical Microscope features a long working distance, wide-ranging operation that includes the infrared and ultraviolet regions.

Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) is a powerful imaging instrument capable of analyzing particles, textures, surface features and structures, too small to be seen with an optical microscope. Traditional way to process the non-conductive materials such as biological samples or pharmaceuticals are analyzed with SEM, the electron beam irradiation causes charge build-up, and result to poor image quality. Our SEM employs a gaseous environment around the sample to reduce the charge build-up and dramatically improves imaging quality. It's an ideal analytical tool for many biological, pharmaceutical, polymer, and food sample analysis where charge build-up can be severe and other methods such as gold-sputtering are not desirable, or in-effective.

PRF can provide instruments and services to measure a surface's profile, quantify surface waviness and surface roughness, and analyse the influences(e.g., adhesion, gloss, friction).
We can also measure specular reflection gloss of a surface. Our services can be used on various types of materials including paint, ceramics, paper, metals and plastics. Many industries need it in quality control to measure the gloss of products to ensure consistency in their manufacturing processes.
Our Microscope Services include:
Our Particle characterization services allow for rapid, non-destructive analysis of multi-component mixtures without the need for extensive sample preparation. And we have the ability to quickly analyze materials and perform materials characterization in such fields as metallurgy, mineralogy, forensic science, archeology, condensed matter physics, and the biological and pharmaceutical sciences.
The services include:

PRF can provide chemical and bio-chemical analysis services including HPLC, GC, MS. We are able to separate the components in a complex mixture, to identify each component, and to quantify each component. The services of GC-MS can apply to particle detection, fire investigation, environmental analysis, explosives investigation, identification of samples, identify trace elements in materials that were previously thought to have disintegrated beyond identification.
The Chemical & Biochemical Analysis services include:
High Performance Liquid Chromatography is a common analytical tool used in a variety of applications such as identification, separation, purification and quantification of various compounds. In our facilities there are two different HPLC systems:
Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectroscopy is used to separate chemical mixtures (the GC component), and to accurately identify compounds using very sensitive detectors (the MS component).

Thermal analysis study the properties of materials as they change with temperature. The Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) are commonly used.
Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA) is a technique for measuring changes in mass as function of temperature primarily used to determine the composition of substances. It is also used to analyze adsorption and desorption, reactions with purge gases, and ash content. From TGA curves, data on the kinetics and thermodynamics of the various chemical reactions, reaction mechanisms, reaction intermediates and final reaction products are obtained
Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) is a thermal analysis technique used to measure the temperatures and heat flows associated with transitions in materials as a function of time and temperature. DSC data provide information about physical and chemical changes that involve endothermic and exothermic processes, or changes in heat capacity, and is commonly used in the plastics and adhesive industries, in safety technology, as well as in the chemical, pharmaceutical, food, electronics, and automotive industries.

Spectroscopy analysis refers to the quantitative measurement of the reflection or transmission properties of a material as a function of wavelength. PRF has different kind of the spectroscopy instruments and experienced stuff to provide the services for Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Environmental and Agricultural industries.
Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy is a powerful analytical tool for characterizing and identifying organic molecules. Using the IR spectrum, chemical bonds and the molecular structure of organic compounds can be identified.
UV-VIS Spectrophotometry is used to determine the identity of a compound based on absorption or transmission of UV/VIS light . It can also be used to measure concentrations of absorbing materials based on developed calibration curves of the material. It is used extensively in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Environmental Testing, and Agricultural industries.
